Our process

Six stages, one point of contact.

The single biggest cause of trouble on a kitchen project is the handoff between trades. We remove the handoffs: the same team takes the project from the first conversation about your menu through to the service contract.

Project stages

  1. 01

    Brief & feasibility

We start with the menu, the covers and the space. What the kitchen must produce determines everything that follows - not the other way round.

  2. 02

    Design & drawings

Layouts, equipment schedules and service loads, issued as drawings your architect and MEP consultant can coordinate against.

  3. 03

    Manufacture

Fabrication at our Sanathnagar workshop, with imported equipment procured in parallel so the whole schedule lands together.

  4. 04

    Installation

Installed to the coordinated MEP drawings - equipment, exhaust, drainage, gas and suppression by one accountable team.

  5. 05

    Commissioning & training

Systems balanced and tested, equipment commissioned, and your brigade trained on the kitchen they are about to run.

  6. 06

    Handover & service

Documented handover, then a service contract of two to five years so performance holds long after opening week.

Why it matters

One number to call when something is not right.

On a typical kitchen fit-out the client ends up as the integrator: the equipment supplier blames the ductwork contractor, who blames the electrical contractor, who points at the gas fitter. Nobody owns the outcome.

Because we design, fabricate, supply and install the whole scope, there is nobody for us to point at. The kitchen either works or it is our problem to fix - and that changes how carefully the design gets done in the first place.

Planning a kitchen? Start with a conversation.

Send us the menu, the covers and the floor plan. We will come back with a considered view on what the kitchen needs - not a price list.
