Service

Installation & Commissioning

Installed to the coordinated drawings by the team that designed and built it.

The brief we usually hear

I want one accountable partner, not five contractors.

How we approach it

The usual failure on a kitchen fit-out is the handoff: the equipment supplier blames the ductwork contractor, who blames the electrician, who points at the gas fitter, and the client ends up as the integrator. Because we design, fabricate, supply and install the whole scope, there is nobody for us to point at. Equipment, extraction, drainage, gas and suppression go in as one programme and get commissioned together.

What you receive

  • Site installation of equipment and services
  • Commissioning and air balancing
  • Gas leak testing and appliance connection
  • Operator and maintenance training
  • Documented project handover

What this service covers

4 areas of scope, delivered by the same team and coordinated as one package.

01

Installation to MEP drawings

Equipment and services installed against the coordinated set, not adjusted on site to whatever the building turned out to be.

02

Commissioning & balancing

Systems tested and balanced, appliances connected and commissioned, and the results recorded.

03

Operator training

Your brigade trained on the kitchen they are about to run, including the imported equipment.

04

Documented handover

Drawings, commissioning records, equipment documentation and the service schedule, handed over as a set.

Where this sits in a project

04

Installation

Installed to the coordinated MEP drawings - equipment, exhaust, drainage, gas and suppression by one accountable team.

05

Commissioning & training

Systems balanced and tested, equipment commissioned, and your brigade trained on the kitchen they are about to run.

06

Handover & service

Documented handover, then a service contract of two to five years so performance holds long after opening week.

Send us the menu, the covers and the floor plan. We will come back with a considered view on what the kitchen needs - not a price list.
